    i'm back for my usual 50+. i'm shooting for more quality over quantity this month, so we'll see how it goes. (more intervals, more hills.... more pain! lol)

    Mark me down for 125 again. I really should go farther but I need to get back to the gym and some weight work. Getting closer to my goal weight and I really need to start building my upper body a little.

    Hmmmm - will aim for 80 again this month - it is doubtful that i'll get over 100 again as my OH is coming home from working abroad so I may have to have some lie ins :wink:
