9/24-- 4/20 miles (= Planning a long hike this weekend to add on the miles!!0

9/24: 3 miles in on elliptical trainer
9/25: 1.3 miles on elliptical trainer, 60 mins in cycling class as well.
Can anyone tell me how many miles I burnt on cycling in one hour? Trainer1 told me it would be about 30 miles, and instructor told me that it is more than 20 miles. Waiting to hear from someone. Thx in advance!!!

Thx Shauna for the site. I took a look at it and it was a great site. I saw a lot of calculating for the calories, but I need to find the miles. I will check it out again. If not, I will have to go to the gym and try the cycling outside and time it there. Thx a lot!0

Another 4 down today, so I'm at 10.4. 3 more days for those last 9.6 miles. It's going to be tough since I have to work this weekend, but I'll get it done. Thanks for the challenge, Danielle! It couldn't have come on a better week for me!0

9/27: Walk-about 3 miles or so.
Cycling class: 20-30 miles (according to trainer and istructors). A total of two classes so far and one more to go.
I have another cycling class to attend this Sat. Overall, I went over my 20 miles for this week's challenge. Yay! On top of my game!!!0 -

YES>>>Misson accomplished. Although Idk the exact miles for the cycling class, but instructors have told me it's atleast over 25 miles for each one hour class. Considering that I did three of those this week and additionl elliptical trainer and many miles of walks outside, I have reached the goal and finished this weeks' challenge. I am so proud of myself and everyone in here that has been striving to get that 20 miles in. We are a real great team. I'm ready for the next challenge.0

Man I did NOT want to workout today. I was out really late last night and I woke up sore, and I really, really wanted to make today a rest day. But nooooo, I had this stupid challenge I had to finish. Danielle, I was cussing your name as I was running, but now that I'm done, I'm sending you a big hug 3000 miles away for motivating me to get off my *kitten*. Thanks girl!
