We should be up to 40 squats.......wow or should I say ouch...my thighs are still burning from day 5&6

Day 7 40 squats DONE Sept 30
Still managing to do this as one continous set. Still steady as she goes.
How many of us expect to be doing one set all the way to the end?0 -
completed.. sticking to my variation so I'm up to 62 straight squats.. I've been doing extra throughout the day too0

I got my 100 hold my 12lb dumbbell today, but to make it more challenging since I have been doing it every day, instead of just holding the dumbbell, I double-arm curled with it whenever I squatted down! Man my legs were burning!0

I did not really think I would be doing 40 in one set, but it felt ok, actually0 -
I did a kettlebell fast class at the gym yesterday which included a squat to oblivion challenge lets just say ouch and still feeling it managed todays 40 however beginning to feel it aching in the knee area. Hopefully i'll complete the challenge tomorrow.

40 done. in a matter of like 7 minutes. no weights tho, maybe tomorrow i'll add some weight to this, just to pick it up a notch...tho the 40 was definitely not easy. uff da!0
