Hey everyone. i am starting the Body Revolution program oct 1.
Is anyone one else starting or starting over too? Two weeks ago I started it but then two days in I worked crazy shifts at work and it all fell to the way side.
I would love to have other people with me so we can keep each other motivated.

I am starting for the first time tomorrow. There is a thread for 10/1 start date. A few people have joined 0
