Ok, maybe it's 12 & a half but since I forgot to post the 13 week marker this week I thought I'd do it here.. How's everybody doing? Looks like the forum is kinda slow but life has been super busy for me too.. Kids going back to school etc. Anyways.. Make sure to post your numbers up on our spreadsheet. Its set so everyone can edit it. If everyone lost 1-2 lbs for the next 12 weeks that is a very significant amount of weight! I wanted to add that I've made a Christmas running goal.. What's your exercise goals that will help you meet your weight loss christmas goals.. Mine is 500 miles run by Christmas
Have a great week.

I was doing great in the beginning, but since my son started middle school. I've been so stressed out. I was able to stay on the "Diet" but stopped exercising for 2 weeks. Hopefully I'm back on track! I started going to 2 different Zumba classes this week!!0

I haven't been able to be on in several weeks. My new security job REALLY picked up when the semester started. However, I've managed to reach 20 lbs officially lost yesterday! 10 to go before Christmas! I think I can do it!0

Progress is progress.. I've had my share of setbacks too mostly in the eating areas .. We can do it by Christmas. !!!0

10 pounds down, 20 to go! What's working for me lately is doing the C25K program (I'm starting week 4) and drinking more water (I shoot for 12 servings/day)0

I was reminded the other day why I hate Christmas (family issues), and then I thought "Well stuff them, this year I'm enjoying Christmas AND I'll be a heap lighter than i was last year". So the Christmas motivation is definitely working for me,0

I can't speak on behalf of everyone else but it doesn't bother me. Lot of people have gone AWOL. The link to the Spreadsheet is in the topic marked "spreadsheet", funny that, .0 -
Why not? There's plenty of time between now and Christmas to lose weight!0

Sorry about the family issues, but awesome that you have found something positive to look forward to. Being lighter is going to feel fabulous, just don't be surprised if no one says anything. I mean, hopefully they will, but so far when I've seen my family in person they've hardly said a word so far. Post pics here! Maybe I will, too.0 -

Lol, they've noticed already and say so but it's those charming "compli-insults". The family drama's not a major anymore, I just focus on my husband and kids, it just leaves a nasty taste in my mouth when it comes to thinking about Christmas, iykwim.
Sorry to hear your family hasn't said anything, thank goodness for MFP aye?!
I was definitely thinking of posting before and "during" pics here around Christmas/New Years. Scary!0
