    I'm pretty sore in the thigh area but will push through to get my squats in today

    Day 6 - 35 Squats - COMPLETE!
    Day 7 - 40 Squats - COMPLETE!
    Day 8 - 45 Squats - COMPLETE!

    *drum roll*.....

    I've done 15 this morning, and will probably still need to break the rest into 2 more sets. All the muscles around my thighs and butt are killing me today after a strenuous..."workout"...with my boyfriend yesterday :happy:

    45 squats. i feel like i'm dying. i tacked them on to then end of level two of 30DS. as well as 150 crunches. uff da. shaking it was such a touch workout!

    I'm only so glad that my other challenge this month does not load lower body.
    on the downside, i was also planning to squeeze in my c25k workout today and i did not.
    ah well, first thing tomorrow, then.

    any breathing techniques to share, guys? I noticed I'm going one full squat for breathing in and one for breathing out. maybe i'm going too fast, i don't know. whatever works, i guess.

    Day 8 done....its hard but I think my body is getting use to it... its becoming easier to breathe :)

    Try inhaling on the way down, and exhaling on the way up. Exhaling on exertion is always a good idea, and pacing your squats to your breaths that way might help you with your timing.

    So *technically* I did this a day late because I forgot yesterday. =( HOWEVER, it was the first thing I thought of when I woke up at 5 am this morning and I did my 45 immediately. I plan to do my 50 this afternoon/evening.
