    Hey guys, I can't wait to start 30ds later this morning! :)

    I know you tend to lose inches first with this workout so I'll measure later today and keep you guys posted on my progress over the 30 days! But I'd really like to lose at least 10 lbs this month!

  • Hi all! We're over 100 now! Amazing!

    I just had my first baby a little over 2 months ago and I'm ready to start getting back into shape! I did my first day of the 30DS today and OMG I have NEVER been this out of shape... I will stick with beginners for a good while..

    I just started today. I finished the 30DS about 6 months ago and loved the results and I havn't done much since then and guess what - all the weight came back AND a few pounds!

    This is my second time of doing 30DS, 1st was back in may where i lost 8lbs and about 10" in total all over.

    Hi everyone!! So excited to be part of this group!! I hope this helps to keep me motivated to get through the full 30 days!! I did the 30DS back in April '12 and was very happy with my results!! I'm not gonna lie, by the end I was so ready to be done! I stayed with it and was very glad I did! i'm finally to the point where I'm ready to do the challenge again! :) i actually started on this last Friday, Sept 28th so I'm on L1D4 today. I'm sore but feeling great!

    I am excited a little scared. I went all the way up to Level 2 and my knees started killing me.... last time I did no rest days, this time I will so hopefully that helps :)

    Weird... I've gained some major inches since last I measured, even though I've lost weight. I haven't exercised much. Hopefully this will shrink me some!

I've been losing between 2 or 3 pounds a week on my own with dieting and just the elliptical a few times a week so just hoping to keep up with that, or lose even more, BUT I'm not getting my hopes up because I'm not used to using weights/strength exercises so thinking I might gain a bit of muscle)

    I'm on a journey to lose 35 lbs by my 35th bday! I lost about 45lbs in spring 2011 with MFP and then through stopping tracking, eating and drinking too much, packed about 25-30 back on. I was so disappointed with myself for ruining the great job I did. I learned a huge lesson, just because you lose the weight doesn't mean you can go all crazy, cause it will come right back! I'm doing great so far and feeling awesome. I'm really looking forward to doing the 30DS with all of you!
