I just had my first baby a little over 2 months ago and I'm ready to start getting back into shape! I did my first day of the 30DS today and OMG I have NEVER been this out of shape... I will stick with beginners for a good while..

Hi everyone!! So excited to be part of this group!! I hope this helps to keep me motivated to get through the full 30 days!! I did the 30DS back in April '12 and was very happy with my results!! I'm not gonna lie, by the end I was so ready to be done! I stayed with it and was very glad I did! i'm finally to the point where I'm ready to do the challenge again! i actually started on this last Friday, Sept 28th so I'm on L1D4 today. I'm sore but feeling great!

I'm on a journey to lose 35 lbs by my 35th bday! I lost about 45lbs in spring 2011 with MFP and then through stopping tracking, eating and drinking too much, packed about 25-30 back on. I was so disappointed with myself for ruining the great job I did. I learned a huge lesson, just because you lose the weight doesn't mean you can go all crazy, cause it will come right back! I'm doing great so far and feeling awesome. I'm really looking forward to doing the 30DS with all of you!0 -
