First Full Week Results

I have to say that most importantly, I feel AMAZING! I have more energy, no bloating, less joint inflamation, no cravings, more satisfied between meals ect. To me, these are the reasons to go to a paleo diet far more than the weight loss. That being said - I did have great weight loss success this week!
Last Monday:
Weight: 139.4
Body Fat: 24.5%
Today:
Weight: 133.4
Body Fat: 23.0%
Now, the only disappointing aspect of losing SIX pounds and 4 inches this week is that it seems that 2.5 pounds of this loss is muscle. Anyone have any thoughts on this? My diary is open, so if you have any suggestions please share!

great results! Make sure you are getting in ~0.7-1.2 g of protein per lb of body weight to avoid losing muscle0

Great results - especially that you are feeling so good!0

If your BF% is from a scale, don't worry about 'muscle loss'. It has one hell of a time trying to distinguish between water and muscle. Just watch your inches in the neck, bicep, chest, waist and hip/thighs and any annoying area of fat deposition you might have. But eating 1 g of protein per lbs of lean muscle mass is a GOOD THING.0

Okay, that's good to know! I have had my body fat tested before with other known more accurate measurements and my scale had always seemed to be pretty darn close. I have been keeping measurements too, so I will focus more on that.
I am currently eating a little more protein than that, so I am hoping that I won't lose any muscle.

Wow!! Great! i've only lost 4.5 in 14 days, but i'm still really happy about it!0

Completely ignore the bf% from the scale. But for good measure, good protein and lift heavy things.0

That's AWESOME and I'm jealous! It took me way longer to lose that and I'm in the same weight range as you.
Congrats on a great first week.0 -
