Getting back to sweating.

I have not been doing my workout this past day, and I think it is because I have not be tracking what I do the way I should.
IN ONE LOUSY WEEK, I can feel that my pants are slightly tighter. So I have to get back on the bike and out walking again. I am trying to workout with greater intensity, if not so long. The problem is - I'm pooped at the end of the day.
Oh well, I've got to do the best I can.
Anybody else out there with information concerning intensity vs. duration?

I don't know much about intensity vs. duration. I do know that I do about a grand total of 60 mins a day exercise wise.
In the morning it's HIIT for 30 min.
In the evening it's running intervals for 30min.
While I feel great at the end of each one- I am never really exhausted by the end of the day and am seeing great results.
I'm also interested in intensity vs. duration if anyone else has more information.0 -
