need help losing 20lbs

I started my fitness pal a couple of months ago and stuck with it for a couple of weeks but now that I'm back, I'm more determined than ever to lose 20 lbs and get into better shape. I'm kind of new to all of this so in would appreciate all of the help and tips that I can get. I need to figure out if I'm eating enough and working out enough. :happy: Oh and I need more friends on here so add me!

    Hi,

    A good place to start is reading the stickies for the group (if you haven't already). I'd start with TDEE & BMR: What they are and what to do with them. This will give you an idea on what you should be eating for your goals. Also, if you determine you need to do a reset or increase your cal intake, there are stickies for those as well.
