any breathing techniques to share, guys? I noticed I'm going one full squat for breathing in and one for breathing out. maybe i'm going too fast, i don't know. whatever works, i guess.
Try inhaling on the way down, and exhaling on the way up. Exhaling on exertion is always a good idea, and pacing your squats to your breaths that way might help you with your timing.0 -

So *technically* I did this a day late because I forgot yesterday. =( HOWEVER, it was the first thing I thought of when I woke up at 5 am this morning and I did my 45 immediately. I plan to do my 50 this afternoon/evening.0
