I kept trying to post from my phone yesterday and it just wouldn't let me. So I did Shoulders, Chest and Triceps with Ab Ripper X. It was really good, I can't wait to do that one again. Although I did slip and fall during the plyo pushup. It just made me laugh at myself. Which is great because a few months ago I would have been discouraged. Anyway I am not taking mesurments for a few days TOM started and brought the dreaded bloat, so I will wait. BTW Shelia if you don't want to keep this up, you don't have to do it for my sake. I will look into your facebook link so you don't have to be posting in two places. Have a great day, I have Plyo today and I'm looking forward to a good sweat.0

Since you and I are the only 2 posting here, I am going to discontinue the posts. I have 12 ladies in my private FB group who are posting every day. There is so much interaction going on in there with tips, etc. Please feel free to send a friend request (Sheila B Bradshaw) and I will add you to the group.
