30 days straight or rest days in between

I will be doing 30DS and the Kickboxing Fast Fix on alternating days.

Anyone else doing 30DS every other day???

    I'm doing 5 days of 30DS, then I take the weekends off to rest.

    Im same as above. Last time i did 30 days straight but its rugby season so we are busy most weekends.

    Wish i had Kickbox fast fix, cant wait till it comes out in the uk!

    I heard from an acquaintance that it worked for her to do 2 days of 30DS, a day of cardio, 2 days of 30DS, a day of cardio, rest day. Another friend said alternating days with a day of rest. Either way, as much as I went into this wanting to just do 10 days of each level without rest, I see the benefit in switching it up and having rest days. I also think limiting to 10 days of each would be bad - while L1D1 was challenging, I'm not sore at all today, so I might not need 10 days of L1 before I'm ready for L2.

    I've also heard some say that once you're at higher levels, doing L1 for rest days is a good way to still stay active. Might try that.

    I usually do 5-6 days straight and then have a rest day, thats just how my body gets the bet results though. Everybody is different and needs different things, so do what you think is best for this program, it really may be beneficial to take a day off every few days.
