Here we go .... lets really challenge our self by adding dumbbells to our squats
If you don't have dumbbells use cans or fill old milk jug's with sand or water

Even added the weights [ because I do as I'm told].. So far, so good.0 -

This is awesome, I'm glad I joined in this. Thanks for creating it Beautifulreason. I've been using a workout band from the start and wow...just wow...lol

Did 1 set of 25, will do another set later. Did not use weights because I tend to do mine right after the bathroom first thing in the morning, so I did not see the new challenge!0

I didn't think to check here before doing my daily squats.... I did my 50 just after finishing (and a short rest) Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism DVDs... I guess tomorrow I will add the weights to my 55. See you in a few hours!0
