10/2 day 9 official squat thread-50minium

Here we go .... lets really challenge our self by adding dumbbells to our squats
If you don't have dumbbells use cans or fill old milk jug's with sand or water

    Even added the weights [ because I do as I'm told].. So far, so good.

    Did 1 set of 25, will do another set later. Did not use weights because I tend to do mine right after the bathroom first thing in the morning, so I did not see the new challenge!

    Did my other 25 in the bathroom here at the office, so again without weights. But I did them in heels, does that count?? 'CAUSE THEY HURT!! :frown:

    Did my 50, but not with weights. Adding 5 squats each day is challenge enough for me at this point!

    Did mine before hearing about dumbbells...still, did and at once :)

    I didn't think to check here before doing my daily squats.... I did my 50 just after finishing (and a short rest) Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism DVDs... I guess tomorrow I will add the weights to my 55. See you in a few hours!
