Hey guys! I figured this needs a thread.

What's your favorite thing to eat as a high calorie meal?

I'll start: mine is egg salad mixed with avocado on a bagel! two hardboiled eggs, two tablespoons mayo, half an avocado, and a whole wheat bagel! Could probably add more vegetables to it, but instead I just enjoy some juice with it. 991 calories!!

Smoothies! Lots and lots of smoothies. I generally add frozen yogurt or some sherbet to add additional calories. I find when I have a cup of sherbet in my smoothie, I can have ANYTHING in there, literally. Carrots, dry oats, jelly, peanut butter--those are just some of the crazy things i put in mine!

So this one takes some time to get used to but it is really healthy
    Kale, Banana Smoothie
    1/2 Cup Oats
    1 Cup Chopped Kale
    1 Large Banana
    1 Tablespoon Flax Oil
    2 Cups 2% Milk

Its about 800 calories, all the Vitamin C you need in a day, and the only sugar it has comes from the fruit.
