If you aren't comfortable or have knee injuries take it easy as we go into the higher numbers
Break it up into sets

    I'm still keeping up and getting it done in one set, but definitely started feeling it in my thighs yesterday!

    Still doing it in one set, and with the dumbbells you said to add yesterday.

    Done - with 5kg dumbbells.

    Neither my thighs nor my glutes thank you OP:grumble: , at least they don't right now but I'm sure they will by the end of the month.

    I totally forgot about adding weight to it. My mind is so off track. Anyways.

    Day 10- 75 squats

    Definitely getting more challenging.

    Sorry gang due to the arthritis in my knees I only did 15 out of my 105 I needed to do. Guess I will pull out of this challenge. Thanks for letting me try.
