I thought it would be helpful to start a topic on weight loss resources. One resource that has been helpful to me is Linda Spangle, RN, MA, Weight Loss and Emotional Eating Specialist. Her book 100 Days of Weight Loss is a daily companion to any weight loss program. She also has a website: www.WeightLossJoy.com, and a blog which you can subscribe to: www.dietcoachcafeblog.com. Check out these resources. There is a lot of good information there to help keep you focused on the POSITIVE during the weight loss process. Hope this is helpful!
