30 Day Challenge

Hi Everyone. I am planning on beginning a 30 day challenge on Sunday. Any advice/thoughts that you would like to share would be appreciated.

    I may be out of the loop Im sorry, but what is a 30 day challenge? Sounds awesome!
  • Practicing yoga for 30 days in a row. Rich now I go 3/4 times per week.

    I've done a few 30 and 60 day challenges and they are fun.

    Drink plenty of water and really check into a good diet -- eat "clean", so that you get as much nutritional value out of your calories as possible.

    Make friends with other people doing the challenge; the mutual encouragement is nice, plus you can compare notes.

    if you have to miss a day, do a double the next day, do not put it off!
    i did a challenge and had to miss a few days and ended up doing doubles for last 4 days - exhausting!!
    and have fun darling, the feeling you get when you complete it is amazing!!!
