Week of October 1st Challenge!

Hi Everyone!
Congrats to Alana the only person to meet the challenge goal! You rock girlfriend! ..:flowerforyou:
We are slooooowing things down a bit. Come on everyone join in!
Let's get motivated! (I am talking to myself as well). We have goals everyone and this weight isn't going to lose itself. Welcome to all of the new people! It is a new week so let's start a new challenge. Activity on the board is starting to pick back up! Don't forget to check out the "new to the workout" section.
This week the goal is to get in 15 miles of cardio! You can walk/jog/run (if you bike just count minutes like the classes) If 15 miles is too much and you are just starting out try for 8 miles. Those of you who love your classes (zumba etc.) let's shoot for 280 minutes of exercise! If you are just starting out try for 140 minutes.

*** Bonus!! Stay in the green for your food log 6 days this week and earn a bonus flower on the leader board!***
*** if you finished the goals but didn't check back in time -- remember that I collect data on Sunday night turn in your results to be included on the leader board ***

I have no idea how long the trails I walk are and my pedometer isn't accurate, so I can only do minutes, but I'm in. Last week was a lazy week and I exercised for 220 minutes... and that was only what I entered, I don't always enter everything... I can do this0

Ok, I know it's Thursday and the week is almost over. I'm joining in because I have been stuck at this weight and need to shake it up. I think I can make the fitness goal, not so much on the food tracking or calories.

Completely forgot about responding in time, but I did 370 minutes, burning 2884 calories, and didn't go over my calories at all.0

Ahhh--you beat me Mama! I had 280 minutes of exercise and I stayed under calories every day.
I started the 30 day shred dvd today, and we will see how that goes.
I am ready to tackle another week----but this is my wedding week (thursday) and then a honeymoon trip. :-)0
