Oh boy here we go.....60 squats today!!
Listening to music seems to give me motivation to get my workouts and squats done... what about you all? What's your motivation??

I do my squats as soon as I get up when I'm not able to get to the gym before work. This gives me a little energy to start my morning off right. I find it actually puts me in a better mind set. I'm liking it!!

Music is my motivation too, for workouts.
For the squats, I just do them while I'm waiting on my porridge to cook! :P0 -

Day 11 - 70 squats
I do mine first thing in the morning too! It def wakes me up and makes me feel better. Completed day 11 today, up to 850 -
Day 11 - 60 squats DONE Oct 4
Still managing to do this in one set, still with the dumbbells, and oh boy is my heart beating right now!
I'm feeling it in my glutes and quads today.
I love doing my workouts to music, but haven't tried doing these squats to music yet.
I just think about how much I want to get fit, take a deep breath, and begin squating and counting.0 -

My motivation is music. Music is my soul mate! When I need a pick me up or I'm hyper music is it. I put on music and squat to the beat everyday.0 -

Day 11 done with 5kg dumbbells.
Music is a must for my workout; played at eardrum bursting volume - when I work out in the gym at work I do feel sorry for the postroom guys who are right next door but I still turn it up. :ohwell:0 -

music does help make the work out go by faster - i usually try to get mine done when i get home from work - helps with the stress
