So I am starting Ripped in 30 Oct 1st and would love some MFP pals to help encourage me on my journey. I am doing a facebook challenge through Mama Laughlin's Fit Camp, 31 Days of Being Jillian Michael's Biotch.

I will be doing strictly RI30 M-F and on Sat/Sun I will be doing RI30 & 30DS. I will be TRYING and I emphasize trying to eat well, that is definitely my weakness.

    have any of you tried Level 2 yet?! I just did and ohmygod - the planks just about killed me! The rest was pretty good, but definitely more intense than L1!

    Just finished level 2 - so glad to be done. There were 3 days I had to talk myself into doing it...haha. On to level 3!

    I'm actually enjoying level 3 - even though it absolutely KILLS my quads and triceps!! the duck walk and that side-one-armed-pushup thing are killers!
