30 day shred
I have started the 30 day shred again. I've tried this a couple times before and have never completed all 3 levels due to one thing or another. But this is the time tho. I will complete all 3 levels. Who wants to join me? Feel free to add me if you want so we can motivate each other even more.

Body revolution resistance cord?
Hello, I borrowed my copy of body revolution from a friend who got pregnant and didnt want to start it but I don't have the resistance cord. She's moving so she can't find it. Has anyone had to purchase it? Just wanna find a good alternative.
RI30 - March Challenge
Last month I did a random sampling of the 30DS that I've done so many times before. This month I am going to be following the program of RI30 (I don't follow her meals, but I do roughly fall into her 1400 cal day range). Anyone else want to join in? I completed Week 1, Day 2 today!
