RI30 - March Challenge

Last month I did a random sampling of the 30DS that I've done so many times before.

This month I am going to be following the program of RI30 (I don't follow her meals, but I do roughly fall into her 1400 cal day range). Anyone else want to join in?

I completed Week 1, Day 2 today!

    Started week 3 today. I've never made it this far. So. Much. Harder. Going to stick it out though!

    I just started the One Week Shred. So I'll be with you in spirit for the next 7 days. That cardio workout is brutal.

    I'm starting up Body Revolution again, so the first two weeks will be finished after I do the cardio workout after work.

    superracachel, just want to let you know you are doing a great job with RI30, Those workouts get harder as you go along, but it sounds like you are doing a great job.

    NoxDineen, the One Week Shred cardio is very tough. Great job on getting it done though.
