"Shredding" is making me hungry!

Today was only day 3 for me (started later than the rest of you) but I have noticed that I am more hungry. I upped my calories a bit but need to take care I don't overdo it. Anyone else HUNGRY?

I'm on Day 7 and been pretty hungry the last few days. I'm thinking its the building of muscle and burning more calories in addition to my walking every day. I've upped my calories a but also.0

Yep, I am finding myself hungry all the time. I am trying to keep my calories still at 1200, but the last couple days I have been very unsuccessful.0

Me Too! I always eat light in the mornings and save a nice thick snack for right after my workout. 1/2c. of oatmeal mixed with a pan steamed sliced apple in cinnamon fill me right up! Hope this helps! Congrats on Day Three!!!0
