I've just checked my Endomondo and I've just tracked my first ride since the beginning of August :noway:
between some mashed components and the family holiday I've not been out so this morning I had my porridge and dusted off the SS roadbike, only meant to do a couple of miles and ended up logging 7.69
so taking into account the 25% Endomondo bull***t algorithm I've burned 891 calories (sounds a bit steep).......where's the chocolate biscuits :drinker:

Good man. First ride in a few weeks for me yesterday. My local route, 18.5miles. Bit of a mud fest.!!!0
