Ultra-low carb plan ( Carb night Solusions)

Any one else here doing the Carb Night Solutions? I am starting over after a honorable week just after my 2 month mark I am looking for others to help me out and encourage me and vis- versa! share thoughts and recipes and chat!

Im with you on this! Was going to start over til I realized i went over my 30 carbs by accident:( So tomorrow will be a brand new day0

I am new to this low carb thing and I am a little lost. MFP says I should have 165 carbs a day but jguillory09 posted she went over her 30 carbs limit. I have lost 96 lbs but have stopped losing. My friend goes to a personal trainner and he has her on low carbs but after 4pm very very low carbs. How many carbs a day should I really have ? Any support will be great...

JGuillory09 and I take in 30 carb or less a day ( this is net carbs we subtract and fiber carbs) We do have our days that are hard and think need that snickers bar.. but like to day ( 6 October) my total carb in take was 27g and 11g of that was Fiber so I would take 27g-11g and my net total is 16g of carbs.
you are able to change your carb intake on MFP but it will have your calories set to what ever... and a big thing is to document everything that goes into your mouth so you can keep a check on your carbs 30 carbs and go fast.. ( its like going to a dollar store for a couple of thing and walk out having spent $60).0
