    Day 13 - 70 squats DONE Oct 6

    Still holding the dumbbells and still managing to do it as one set.
    Feeling it in all the right places. Here's hoping it does good and we all see good changes by the time we complete the challenge.

    Ang! You gave me the idea to use my bands from Turbofire so I used those for most of my set.
    60 w/bands
    30 jump squats
    I like doing jump squats they just feel more effective to me and make me fatigue faster so yay!
    Day 13- 90 squats complete.

    I wasn't really paying attention (as I should have been) before to the # in sets... but today I pushed it. 2 sets, 35 each set. I will keep my # per set (or higher) the rest of this challenge. I don't know what I was thinking, doing 10 or 15 reps per set. yeesh! LOL

    No squats on Saturday, so just did my 70 now, Sunday noon. One set.
    Will try to catch up with the Sunday target in the pm.

    Did mine 70 yesterday...after my workout. I suppose, my legs wanted to kill me and they were burning, but in 2 attempts - yay!
