Day 8 complete!
I'm really disappointed by my caloric burn. It's taking a lot more for me to be able to even reach 240 - I think I'm going to skip to level two. :laugh:
When I FIRST tried 30DS in May, I burned 284 on average doing level one and it killed me until I was capable of level two.
I must still have some built strength because I'm barely burning 200 calories on average on level one now and I find myself bored.

You burn less calories the fitter you get, as it takes more effort to get your heart rate up. I currently only burn 150-160 calories but for me, its all about getting fitter and healthier now.0 -
Finished day 8 this afternoon! Got my period today so my energy level was way low first thing this morning! I still pushed hard though and found I am squatting deeper, lifting harder, and over all just pushing myself out of my comfort zone and it feels amazing! I had a friend join me in the shred today to help push me and I am glad she did! Day 8 was def a success!0

WooHooo I made it... missed my workout on Sat so decided to double up tonight~. OMG that was intense but I'm still alive. Day 7 and 8 mission completed! I'm feeling good.0

Finished day 8! It was a rough one for me today since I didn't get much sleep. My right quad was hurting, not just muscle burn, but sharp pain hurt today, but I pushed through. My friend came over and cheered me on and it helped me get through. She said I also inspired her to go home and do her Wii Fit. So proud of her. Keep it up everyone!0

Completed day 8 yesterday but forgot to put it on here as I had my friend over doing it with me ! Day 9 later for me and then tomorrow I've got to fit in day 10 and 11 as I'm at my aunties funeral Thursday 200 miles away so I won't be able to fit it in ! I feel it's getting easier now and apart from push ups and forward lunges I'm doing the harder versions of everything ! I lost 5lbs in my first week of 30ds so I'm very pleased x0

Finished finally this evening had enough energy to do jillians kettle bell workout!! Love the way im feeling! I know my body is changing:)))0

L1 day 8 done! I'm moving on to Level 2 tomorrow bc I'm gettting really bored with L1, not that it's so easy, I just need something different.0
