Calories burned challenge .. from 9-Oct-2012 to 15-Oct-2012 .. burn 3500+ Calories
calculate the calories everyday after finishing ur workout and write it here day by day and tell us how u burn it.
you set your own calorie goal for 5 days from 9-Oct-2012 to 13-Oct-2012 (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!)

I will try - anything is better than nothing - I am significantly overweight and not going to be able to match some of you, but I will compete against myself. I will start with 1200 this week to be burned only by exercise. I am also counting calories this week, so I'll need to pace myself so I don't drop hypoglycemic. Next week maybe I'll feel better! Maybe I'll even beat my calorie burn goal!0
