I am back. Hope you all took part in the mini's each day.
How about today we do some nice stretches. Raise our arms above our head lean to the side, sit on the floor if you can, legs in front and apart, then stretch to your toes each leg, standing, bend slowly forward as far as you can go to the floor. I missed you all and I really missed the daily mini's with you.
