Just a question for all experienced Catheletes.
I've decided to give this program a go. And i wanted to do it properly with all my 1RMs set.
I did them all for the disc 1 and today my biceps are killing me!
Disc 2 seems to be arm type movements too so i think i need a day off before i attempt to continue. Although i am thinking about doing the 1RMs for disc 3 today instead as they are legs.
At this rate doing all the 1RMs will take days and days! And i really just want to get on with doing the proper workouts.
If i did them all at once i don't think my calculations would be very accurate as they would reflect how tired i was rather than the true maximum i could do.
So just wondering do people normally do all the the 1RM calculations before beginning the program or do you do 1 Mesolevel at a time, or one workout at a time?

Hey Ange! Congrats on your purchase. STS is the bomb!!
I've never done 1rms for all of the exercises (this is my 3rd or 4th time doing sts). I used this chart from Cathe's site and only did 1rms for those exercises that had a 3-star rating or higher. http://cathe.com/tutorials/PDF/STS_1RM_Chart.pdf
Also, I think it's a good idea to break up the 1rms either with a rest day or upper/lower/upper splits. Doing the 1rms are a wo in itself, so still give yourself some rest. Disc2 is back and tris, so biceps will definitely be assisting for some of the back work. Either do legs or skip a day.
Oh, and be sure to check in with some of us who started STS on Oct. 1 at http://forums.eatmore2weighless.com/showthread.php?tid=2630
