    I will try - anything is better than nothing - I am significantly overweight and not going to be able to match some of you, but I will compete against myself. I will start with 1200 this week to be burned only by exercise. I am also counting calories this week, so I'll need to pace myself so I don't drop hypoglycemic. Next week maybe I'll feel better! Maybe I'll even beat my calorie burn goal!

    I gotta pick it up to make it! But then I am not counting normal activities like cleaning, walking and work, etc....


    Can anyone help me with this one... I noticed a few people doing things like walking a treadmill for 30 mins but they seem to be burning way more calories than I do at the same activities? Why is that?
