i have to do my day 16 tonight but i swear the only thing keeping me motivated through level two..is looking forward to moving on to level 3. level two is even hard for natalie! haha. jillian picks on her a lot in this level lol. i really feel like i dont do the hip thrust properly but i cant thrust my knees up any further so idk (im short!) lol0

Yeah - I do plank moves modified for example. Just 4 more days and then Level 3! I've heard its better! )0

I did it! I felt so so weak today in plank.. I did a double workout 2 days ago then skipped yesterday.. so who knows? I now have a new workout space in my basement so hopefully that will encourage me to workout and try to keep up..
I'm glad I joined this challenge group... although I don't even come close to doing this everyday I'm doing about 4 days a week which is sooo much better than none at all!! I can't wait until level 3! (I think)0 -
Forgot to post yesterday but I did it!
The squat row and V fly are KILLER for me!! I can handle the rest. I like the cardio much better than level 1... I hate jumping. There sure is a lot of planking, but I feel like its really making my core stronger.
I don't feel like I look much different or weigh any different but I do feel tons stronger.0
