Day 16 - 85 squats DONE Oct 9
Well, kinda. I did it in two sets, but was trying hard to do it in one, so I did 45 early this morning and 61 just now.
I've got a mild bit of flu or something, so I'm not certain I should push harder, but if I feel I can give it one more try later I will.
I'd really love to be able to keep doing the challenge in one set for a while longer and I was fine doing 80 yesterday, so I'm sure I'm just off my game today and it's not that I can no longer do more than 45 or 60 squats in a row. But I'm done for right now.

I SO didn't get it done today
. I overslept, missed my workout time, forgot to fix/bring my breakfast with me to work.. barely even remembered to eat today. It was awful

I will make sure I do my 90 tomorrow though. My thighs hurt just thinking about it lol.0 -
