tomorrow i start level 3... just finished my last day of level 2...i'm so terrified... HOWEVER! I did do ALMOST all of the v-raise squats and the last circuit of abs, the plank twist thingys? i finished the ENTIRE circuit without stopping. NEVER done that before. so excited. especially cuz i was sooooo tired today and so sore from c25k and all of my working out yesterday that when i finally got to it at 10pm i didn't wanna do it at all.
anyway, that's all. nervous about level 3.

uff...definitely a hard level...i had to stop SO many times... i felt like it was day one of level one. uff da. i probably didnt burn half the calories i normally do cuz it was so hardi couldn't keep going sometimes...but i tried! yuck...can't wait til it's over (how sad is that?)0

not really.. it was so hard. i had to stop SO often. Maybe it will get easier? I was super unmotivated and tired today... so unmotivated.0

i took a day off yesterday (because i burned 780 calories at the gym and was way too exhausted)...but went straight back to it today. may do it again to make up for yesterday (and also for the fact that i didn't go to the gym today). it's getting better. not nearly as bad as thef irst day. i could do the first strength circuit all the way without doing modified poses...and i got halfway through the first cardio circuit. I can't do the jumps at the end for the life of me...but i do high knees instead...i figure it's a good compromise.0

I've decided to skip weighing in/measuring this week because i want to wait until i see final results on friday (last day of my 30ds ) that's all0

I love Level 3, I want to just do it every day. Hate the supermans though, but whatever0

tomorrow is my last day of level 3!!! gonna take final weight/measurements (don't think i've lost much, really...may re-weigh/measure after TOM is over...)...but i DO plan to take those before i actually do the final workout, cuz i like to do those in the morning...so it won't be liek, the actual thing...but yea..anywho that's the plan! watch for pictures tomrrow!
EDIT: actually..if we're being realistic...i prolly own't upload them until later this week...but...i'll get them here soon!0
