Just finished my squats.
I did 3 sets.
One was 20 jump squats.
The other was 25 toe lift squats...
(I made this one up. Stand on your tippy toes, then do a squat)....
The other was 45 regular squats....
I need to work to make these more difficult...
Yano, to end it with a bang when day 30 comes.
But I'm warming up to jump squats.
Going to look up challenging squats I can do.

These squats are getting tougher as the days go on. Managing to get it done in one set. Thats what makes it harder and harder. I feel great after I'm done though. FEEL THE BURN!0 -
