goal for the week- 10/10- 10/16

eat fruits and veggies..this has been a big issue for me...i know i need to eat them more. alongside the start of shredding...i plan to eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day.....join me?

    My Goal for This Week is:


    No Eating past 6pm

    No Snacking Between Meals

    lol i struggle with real pushups as well...i think by the end of level 1 we should be golden.

    I may do this one with you. For the first 3 days of the shred I've done modified, I'm thinking tomorrow I'm going for the real deal, at least for one round!!

    This week my goal is just to do the workouts!!!! Next week maybe add some nonmodified moves.

    My goal is to stop "spearfishing" off of the kids plates or while I am making dinner. All food must be on a plate (MY plate) to be consumed. Too hard to track otherwise!

    Plus 5 Shred workouts minimum per week.
