Less blending & juicing, more chewing

Well, I did not find the the blending and juicing had any great effect on my weight. In fact, I think it may have increased my calorie count. It also grossed out the people I work with - apparently green and orangy-green are not considered a yummy colors.
Also, I never felt that I had eaten - and I missed the bulk of food in my belly. So, I back to vegan with a good amount of raw food. I still need to make my beanie burgers for protein, or bean soups. I think the "forks over knifes" program is as radical as I can get. Though - a blended drink now and then is still nice.

I've come across a similar issue when I weirded out one of my co-workers who would see me walking back and forth between my desk and the water cooler/heater to refill my glass for matcha. Anyone familiar with matcha knows that it's not the prettiest shade of green.. rather, it's kind of sewage green. Haha.. regardless, the stuff is awesome for your health so I keep on drinkin' my tea
I've stopped drinking ginseng at work however. The smell of it offended a different co-worker and that I can understand. Momentary visual disturbances versus a permeating smell of ginseng root doesn't compare.0 -
