I gained .6 of a pound this past week. Oh, well, it could have been much worse. I will consider it an "almost maintained" and go for a loss next week. How did everyone else do???

Considering I haven't exercised in a week (drs orders) and haven't been able to eat much... I have lost 3 pounds - I imagine I will be adding that back once I am healthy0

I lost 3 lbs this week, started eating more to complete the full Calories for the day, and running every other night with Zumba 2 days.
Very happy ...:happy:0 -

no loss for me this week, I was really struggling with food choices. Maybe I needed to indulge for a bit ? Most importantly, I am back at it now...and been doing well for the last few days. Next week I will be able to put up a number in our weigh in. Have a great weekend everyone!0

DonnaAnn64: Don't sweat this week too much!!! You are doing great!!! If you are tempted with serious cravings, rather than totally "indulge," I would recommend a few bites of whatever you are craving.......... just to get it out of your system. Really focus on the taste and decide that a few bites is enough. Also, look for healthier alternatives that might satisfy your future cravings. Hang in there and keep up the good work! :flowerforyou:0

I am struggling with the whole concept of eat more to lose more. I have been meticulous in recording what I eat - I've been using my Weight Watchers cookbooks for evening meals and choosing a good, healthy variety of dishes. eg, seafood, lamb, chicken, etc. I have maintained high steps (always close or way over 10,000 steps a day).
Today's weigh in sees me gain 1kg.
If I follow MFP guidelines, I am usually under 1200 cals and being told I am not eating enough. I know I am. And if the scales are anything to go by - I am obviously eating too much. (Only once have I eaten my 'exercise calories' as well as my 1200 and it was waaaay too much food)
But this is how it goes with me and trying to lose weight. And why I usually always give up and just say f*** it! Still, I will keep trying as I REALLY want to be 70kg again. But my first goal is 6kg. And that shouldn't be this hard.
Guess I need to find a way to squeeze in more exercise.
New week, new tries. I'm gonna keep at it!
Congrats to all those losing. Great work!!0 -

Don't give up. I was having a similar situation. I upped my calories 150 per day and dropped wieght right away. You might want to try it.0 -
On a business trip no access to a scale. I've been eating pretty well. Hoping to see a good number when I get home next week..0
