My days have been so confused.. I forgot to do my squats yesterday (10-10) but I made a point of it this morning.. I did 20 reps, 5 sets. My thighs have been getting a lot of workout lately and are strained a bit so I knew trying to push 40 or 50 per rep just wasn't going to happen lol.

Did my 95 but didn't log them last night as I got back from my holiday later.
Also continued with the challenge while I was away so still on track. :bigsmile:

I'm catching up as best I can. Managed to them in one set, still, but haven't been adding any weights.
I'm still behind schedule, but just by one day now.0
