Hi I just ordered the DVD's!!!!! Any advice?

Hi,

I just ordered the Dvd's with the books and fitness band :) Any advice before I start? (It should arrive next Wednesday I think!). My goal is to lose at least 30lbs :) My ultimate goal is 56lbs. I can't wait to starting my journey!!! Thanks in advance!!!

    Hi -

    I just want to tell you that I did 30 day shred and didn't lose much on the scale. The results in inches lost was amazing though! I'm wearing pants 2 sizes smaller than when I started it.

    I just started Body Revolution yesterday (my package was lost, took me 3 weeks to get it) and I'm in it for the inches. If I concentrate on the scale I know I will be disappointed.

    So far, I'm loving the workout . . . I'm doing the metabolism boost for first week so trying to work out twice a day as they recommend. I am not following her meal plan and I am not eating 1200 calories. Thats way too low for me!

    stretch extra afterwards she rushes them on certain workouts. especially if you're prone to runners knee like i am. lol other than that enjoy the ride and prepare to have a rockin body in 3 months! :)

    Thanks tons!!! I have a stretch DVD that is 15mins so I will do that DVD after each work out to be safe :) Also thanks myfitnessval for your early post, I will definitely take glucosamine as I have a bad knee and I think that would help.

    I will definitely measure myself so I can see how the inches come off :)

    Definitely agree that you need to stretch more. Her stretches are quite brief
