Happy Friday, Week 3

Last week 136.2
This week 133.8

Yeah! loss 2.4

This feels good.
Ironically I have been making sure that I sticking closer to my given calories. I did a quick check over the previous 3 weeks and I was netting less than 950 calories per day. Oh and I have been doing the 30DS.

    Previous goals:
    Sept 22-23: - lost total of 3.8 lbs
    Sept 29-30 - stayed the same...
    Oct 6-7: down 1 more to total lost of 4.8 (had wanted to lose 5 by now, so close).

    Today (Oct 12) - about where I was last week. I was up about 0.6 lb but I am expecting TOM in less than a week so I'm actually grateful to only be up 0.6 lb. I'm hoping next week I will be able to lose 2.2 lb but realistically I may not. Going to keep eating great and exercising and just see where I"m at next week. :) If I need to adjust my goals I can always do that. A loss is a loss, no matter how small.

    Next Goals:
    Oct 20-21: Down 2.2 more lb (total lost 7)
    Nov 3-4; Down 1 more lb (total lost 8)
    Nov 17-18: Down 2 more lb - (total lost 10)

    Down .5lbs (weighing in at 141.5) since last Friday. Bringing me to 2lbs lost since starting. I have also noticed that I am much more aware of how many calories I am eating as well as burning. I have not been able to keep a steady weight loss week to week for a looong time so this is very encouraging!

    Better late than never. :)

    Goal: Getting out of the 200's by November.
    Last week's weight: 91.7 kg / 202.1 lbs.
    This week's weight: 91.5 kg / 201.7 lbs.
    Loss: 200 g / 0.4 lb.

    TO GO: 2.7 lbs

    It's not much - I'll have to kick it up a notch! I'm proud of you all! :)
