Day 1 - 10 Squats - DONE!
Day 2 - 15 Squats - DONE!
Day 3 - 20 Squats - DONE!
Day 4 - 25 Squats - DONE!
Day 5 - 30 Squats - DONE!

Day 7 - 40 Squats - DONE!
Day 8 - 45 Squats - DONE!
Day 9 - 50 Squats - DONE!

Yeah, so I totally forgot to do my squats yesterday.
Before I knew it, I was dead and just...done.
And yeah, today is day 19 and I have to do 100 as well.
So today, I am doing 195 squats...probably in about....6 sets.

95 - Three sets:
...1 set of 30 Regular Squats
...1 set of 30 "Tippy Toe" Squats
...1 set of 35 Jump Squats.
.
100 - Three Sets:
....1 set of 35 Regular Squats.
....1 set of 35 "Tippy Toe" Squats.
....1 set of 30 Jump Squats.
.
Grrrr....

Day 18 - 95 Squats -
....1 set of 30 Regular - DONE!
....1 set of 30 "Tippy Toe" - DONE!
....1 set of 35 Jump - DONE!

I just finished my 95...started my 100....bleh.....gonna edit this later when I finish my 100.
My knees were seriously shaking every time I came up on those 35 regular squats...so yeah, had to stop for a while.

I'm in this for good, though...so you know I'll be finishing this...!!

Day 19- 120 squats
Seperated into 2 sets
First set- 90 regular squats
Second set- 30 jump squats
Definitely getting harder to push through these squats.

Day 19 - 100 squats DONE Oct 12th
Done in one set. Nothing fancy: no weights, no jump squats, no throwing batons in the air as I return to standing.
Just straight squats. One hundred of 'em. One set. I am now officiallly caught up with the rest of the pack.
Yay us. Go team.
I just might be able to hang in right to the very end. But without the jumping.0 -

omg.. I don't remember yday hurting this much! Jeez.
4 sets, 25 reps per set = 100 squats done. Whew!0 -
100 DONE! Still out of breath, but feeling great.0

Did 110 squats today, seems pretty easy. Later today when I work out I'll do them again with lunge obliques included. That should spice it up.
After this we should do this challenge but for push-ups.0
