Week 7 (13th Oct)

Once more, there are 2 challenges this week.

The first is to eat 5 portions of fruit and veg per day.

The second is to set yourself a target number of exercise minutes for this week, and then post each day how many you achieve.

    I hope it is okay to join now. I like the concept of the different weekly challenges to keep me accountable, and this first challenge of eating 5 portions of fruits and vegetables is perfect!

    I've been a bit erratic this week, not quite met the amount of exercise I'd like to have, nor have I done the fruit and veg! EEKK

    ok didn't get anything logged over the weekend. i did burn calories however i didn't log them. this weeks exercise minutes goal is 360

    Hestion - I feel your pain. I've had a strange week, been to London with work which left me dead tired for the rest of the week. It killed my resolve completely.

    I was BAAAAD this week :(. I did the exercises, despite missing 2 whole days of workouts *gasp*... but 5 servings of fruit/veggies was much harder this time around. I don't know what happened but I fell flat. I only met all 5 one day, and only 4 one day. So sad. Bad Nar! LOL
