Thought I'd share the workouts I do with my sister. She's a personal trainer at one of our local gyms and runs a few of the Body Combat classes. She's a total gym junkie and her current goal is to get me addicted too - I'm giving her a run for her money though. Lol.
Anyway yesterday's workout that has left me grimacing with every step was
Squats with 5kg barbell on shoulders - 6 slow, 6 fast
Lunges - 6 slow, 6 fast each leg
Good Mornings with 5kg barbell - 6 slow, 6 fast
Walking lunges the length of the room
Front Squats - 6 slow, 6 fast
Rest, grab a drink... Then do it all again aiming for 6x in total. I only managed 3 sets.
Would love to hear everyone else's workout plans.

Hi! Thanks for posting your workout...I"ll have to try and print it out as it looks a really good variety, not sure I could achieve it all (!), particularly the walking lunges as my knee and lunging still aren't co-ordinating....oh, I just say the six times in total.......!!! Wow, that would be mega!! I might give this a go tomorrow and will report back!!0

Another workout, this one is easy enough to do at home.
Squats x10
Push ups x10
Lunges x10 each leg
Bicep curl to shoulder press 3kg dumbell x10
Crunches x20
Repeat aiming for 6 sets and adding/increasing weights as you go
