What schedule are you following?

Hello. I just started the 30 day shred yesterday. Just had a quick question. Are you doing each level for 10 days straight? I keep reading different threads about doing it straight through or Shred-Shred-Cardio-Shred-Shred-Cardio-Rest or with random rest day/s. Also, what other workouts are you doing besides the 30 Day Shred?

I finished the Level 1 Day 1 yesterday and I'm a sore, but I'm thinking about doing Slim in 6 3 days a week as well.

Any thoughts or other recommendations?

    I'm doing the whole 30 days straight but then I'm going on a school camp and want to finish it before I go lol!

    Hello,

    This group is based around shredders that are taking 2 rest days a week. We started last wednesday and are shredding 5 days a week with an end goal of finishing by thanksgiving.
