Last night I made biscuits for my daughter with a new(er) flour blend I had heard about and bought. It is Cup4Cup and you can use it any non gluten free recipe using the same measurements. So I searched for a recipe last night and found this one: http://southern.food.com/recipe/southern-buttermilk-biscuits-26110 except I used the cup4cup flour in place of the regular flour. I patted mine out and used a biscuit cutter and placed on parchment lined cookie sheet and froze. Then I placed in a ziplock freezer bag. I took one out and baked it for my daughter and had to taste a bit and I must say it was delicious and I am not gluten free. It was light and fluffy.

BTW I found the flour at Willliams Sonoma and it is pricey but so worth it.

Better Batter is another one to one replacement. I used it last Christmas and made Yorkshire Pudding. No one could tell it was GF.
