Having looked at the comments on the mini-poll in this group, I have created a secondary private group where people who feel uncomfortable discussing things in the public group, can go to discuss things.

All posts in a private group are hidden and only viewable by members of the group. Anybody that wants to join the private group either:
(a) send me a PM, or,
(b) post a comment below

I will send an invitation.

Anyone that posts here, I will edit your post when I have an invitation sent to say the invitation has been sent. Once you have accepted the invitation to the private group I will delete your post on this thread.

It will make it easier for me to keep track of who I have sent an invitation to and who has accepted the invitation.
