I didn't even realize there's a medifast group on MFP, I wish I'd known 30 lbs ago haha... Good luck everyone!

    Lots of good info here. I was glad I found it right away, made some good friends who started the program about the same time I did and it has been an awesome support system for me.

    Yea, considering how controversial the diet plan is on the rest of the boards, it's nice for us to have our little niche. :P

    I think I've been here since Day 1 of my diet back in February or so. Very nice to have the other ladies around for advice and encouragement!
