Does anyone do this diet without meat? (Nothing with a face. Dairy is ok.)

Could you please share some favorite recipes or how you make substitutes?

    Mememe!!! Where I live we have a grocery store that sells vegan meat ! I absolute adore it , it doesn't have near the fat/calories of actual meat compared to good nutrients it brings! You should check around for it , the brand name is "Yves" ! It even tastes great too ! Are you newly a vegetarian ?

    I will be starting this on Sunday, I am Vegetarian and as I go I will share the receipes I use, to start I am going to follow whats in the book just substituting the meat for morning star products , I will use Morningstar veggie burger and black bean burgers as well as morning star meatless crumbles ,
